SIMPLE.

Look at it again.

Look at it a third time.

Done?

Good. I have asked you to do that because this thread will revolve around that word.

I'll start up with some analogies

Beethoven is considered one of the greatest music composers of all time. He composed music that influenced the classical era leading into the romantic era.

If you don't know Beethoven, at least you know Davido and WizKid and I presume you love their songs.

Now here is the thing, no matter how complex the sound you hear in their music, it can all be broken down to 7 notes.

Here: there are only 7 notes you ever hear in any piece of music.

Doh, reh, mi, fah, soh, lah, ti.

Only 7.

Do you get this?

Let's see another one

There are only 10 numbers in life.

0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.

Any other number is a combination of these numbers.

Only 10 numbers in existence.

We could talk about English alphabets. Only 26.

One more example I will give, which is the premise for the hack is colours

You see wonderful paintings and you are wowed.

But are you aware that THERE ATE ONLY THREE COLOURS in life?

Red, yellow, blue.

Every other colour is just a combination of these colours.

Only. 3. Colours.

What does this teach us?

Life. Is. Simple.

Don't complicate it

At the very core of life are simple processes and principles that makes everything work and if you want to become more productive in your life, you must learn to keep things simple.

As a coach or mentor, you job is to make things so simple for your clients to act on

As a business person, your job is to make your processes so simple for your customer.

Okay, Stan, we've heard. Make it simple.

How then do we do that?

Glad you asked.

The way I do it is, when I have any goal or task or project, I break it down into 3 Simple parts.

Ask yourself, what are the 3 most important parts of this goal?

Write them down.

Take each part and write out other three parts of each part.

In the end, you will have a simple system for achieving more in less time and with less stress.

I live by this mantra:

If must do it, I must do it in 3 steps.

With my clients:

If I must help them do it, I must help them do it in three steps.

I used this with a client yesterday and she was very excited with what she achieved in a few hours.

Try it and observe results

Life is simple at its core.
