i)The 1st petitioner was born on the 25th November, 1946 in Jada, Adamawa, in Northern Cameroon and is therefore a citizen of Cameroon.

iii)Prior to 1919 Cameroon was being administered by Germany. But following the defeat of Germany in World War 1 which ended in 1918, Cameroon became a League of Nations mandate territory

iv)British Cameroons was administered by the British from neighbouring Nigeria.

vi)While Northern Cameroon preferred a union with Nigeria, Southern Cameroon chose alignment with the mother country.

ix)The 1st petitioner therefore, contrary to the assertion in paragraph 1 of their petition, had no right to be voted for as a candidate in the election to

4)The 3rd Respondent avers that by reason of the 1st petitioner not having qualified to contest the election, all votes purportedly cast for the petitioners

It didn't stop there oo, they further averred that the 2nd Respondent through the VP, PYO, SAN went round all the states and shared the said sum to traders,

@trolls_queen @Naijavote @OfficialPDPNig @atiku but didn't inaugurate the scheme until few weeks or months to the scheduled 2019 Presidential election. The foregoing and many other frivolous claims charaterised the petition. This is the reason the 3rd Respondent has asked the Court to strike out their petition in limine.
