My first beer of the year. I hadn’t drank one of these since visiting Singapore many years ago, so this was an impulsive, nostalgia-related purchase.

My son and I spent a lot of time on Google Earth last night; he looked for semi trucks, and I looked at places I’ve been to see how they’ve changed.

I’m hoping my children have opportunities to see the world, as I’ve been lucky enough to do.
It’s nice to be reminded now and then that there are happy, fascinating people all over the world who couldn’t give half a rat’s ass about our current situation.

She also believes the gender wage gap is a fuctional creation.

Ms. Furchtgott-Roth isn’t a scientist, nor does she have a background in technology. Her nomination was advanced on a straight party line vote, and she failed to disclose her political contributions in her sworn, written testimony.

I spent a lot of time surfing the twitter channels, following various characters I found tweeting about the election campaign. You know what I saw? the same fucking shit that we've seen here for 3 years, lots of trolls inciting hate the way trolls do, same language & tactics 3/

Many years ago, maybe my first year of practice, I got a call from a guy wanting help with a commercial foreclosure in a county I don't cover

Except it wasn't for him, it was for a guy out of state

And the 2 of them had successfully gotten gatekeeper orders against themselves
I found out about the gatekeeper order when I called the local clerk of court in this county I don't cover, and she politely said something to the effect of "I'll happily send you the file. You'll see that you *really* don't want this case."

She was right.
So I told the guy I couldn't help. It wasn't in a county I cover, things were sufficiently f*cked up that I couldn't even consider taking it for less than some absurd dollar amount, etc etc etc

This is a BIG clue if you ask me. That blue flower they use as their logo is a native remedy for inducing abortion & childbirth. It seems this funeral home was running an underground abortion ring, likely for the cult, and used/sold parts of these bodies for cult purposes. #QAnon

The first question was the hardest to answer. It made the answer to the second easier.

Our ego makes us believe that we are what we are not. It is still important as entrepreneurship is a confidence game. I realized in 2013 while at a course at Harvard (thanks to Joe Fuller) that I had been doing the wrong thing and pursuing a dying model for over a decade
For over a decade, I had missed out on a critical part of entrepreneurship which is the reality check given by a mentor who's already walked in the shoes you were trying on. Joe Fuller had started one of the largest consulting firms in the world and knew it was a zero equity gig
