Frankly, at this point, there should be a fundraiser to file a motion to intervene or an amicus brief on behalf of Tesla shareholders.

Neither the SEC nor the court is doing its job.
Also, did Cheryl Crumpton print this on her home ink-jet printer given the hour? Because it seems highly unlikely that the SEC buys color ink-jets. And it wasn't filed by Elon.

Ridiculous.
Also, Elon Musk is in violation of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(a).

While arguing that he is not in contempt of court.

Without a lawyer.

And the SEC doesn't care.

$TSLA employee reports that the company has run out of batteries for the time being. Courts say that vendors are suing for non-payment. Probably 50-150 other lawsuits pending. Repeated lowered price targets from analysts. But no alerts from @CNBC, @Business or @RobinhoodApp.

Okay, first problem. This is not eight pages. It's actually ten. The judge granted eight, and they started counting pages on page two. So a motion to strike would be in order. Idiots. Just obey the judge!

1/ As many people know, Elon Musk is not the founder of $TSLA. That honor goes to Martin Eberhard. I have heard bits and pieces of the story in the past, but today I went back and dug up Eberhard's lawsuit against Musk for pushing him out of Tesla. In one word... insane $tslaq

1) What if @Comey was never investigating @Realdonaldtrump but we missed the clues because of our own perceptions. Each political side assumed one of them was dirty, either Trump had colluded or Comey framed him. What if they were both in the right? Working together in 2017!

Goal of civil is to get enough information to indict on criminal through a grand jury.

By the time DOJ subpoenas are served in criminal investigations most former employers of significance have been interviewed in exchange for immunity. As part of their immunity deal they MUST cooperate with the feds which includes in some cases wearing a wire.

In a transparent effort to moot a D.C. Cir. order that would've required disclosure of the whole ethical fight in al-Nashiri, the gov't changed its position on whether his (former) lawyers should be allowed to intervene in its interlocutory appeal to the CMCR. CMCR: "No problem."

And here's the CMCR's original ruling _denying_ the lawyers' motion to intervene, even though the very reasons today's order identifies for granting intervention _now_ were presumably the same then...

What Trump did as a private citizen in a consensual relationship is of no interest to me.
2. Stormy is in it for the fame and money. But what about the lawyer who seems to have constant doomsday predictions about the Trump presidency?
If all you are doing is representing your client why do you want the other party destroyed? My curiosity is piqued.
