$TSLA employee reports that the company has run out of batteries for the time being. Courts say that vendors are suing for non-payment. Probably 50-150 other lawsuits pending. Repeated lowered price targets from analysts. But no alerts from @CNBC, @Business or @RobinhoodApp.

Another sign of battery shortage. Unclear if that's the main car battery or another kind of battery.
