NEW (and very timely): The House Oversight Committee is settling a long-running, Obama-era subpoena fight with DOJ over docs re: Operation Fast and Furious. Both sides basically agreed to disagree and end the litigation

Why does this matter? By settling now, both sides avoid a DC Circuit ruling that would be binding in future subpoena fights between Congress and the executive branch -- like, say, the one the House Judiciary Committee was dealing with today (see: buzzfeednews.com/article/zoetil…)
Both Congress and the exec branch disagreed with parts of the judge's rulings about exec privilege and Congress' ability to go to court to enforce subpoenas. In the settlement, both sides agree these rulings aren't controlling in future cases (district judges don't set precedent)

Gird your loins: The House Judiciary Committee is set to vote at 10am on a resolution finding AG Bill Barr in contempt for refusing to comply with a subpoena for Mueller's report and other records — DOJ says Barr will be "compelled" to ask Trump to invoke executive privilege
Here's the Barr contempt resolution that the committee will be taking up today: judiciary.house.gov/sites/democrat… This is not the final vote, though — once the committee votes, it'll then go to the full House

NEW: A federal judge in Virginia largely denied summary judgment to both sides in a lawsuit challenging state regulations and laws regarding abortion. The judge concluded the facts are in dispute and should go to trial assets.documentcloud.org/documents/5990…
The judge did grant summary judgment in favor of the challengers on one count, blocking a Virginia law that says only licensed physicians can perform abortions in the first trimester (but leaving unresolved whether the law can stand for the second trimester)
