1/ I agree that the cases where a current or former official is resisting a House subpoena may take months or years to be resolved in court. But unless Trump secures an injunction, Deutsche Ban will comply next Monday w/the HPSCI subpoena.

2/ And the merits of the suit against DB are very weak. What are the odds a lower court will grant an injunction--or that five Justices will require a trial judge to do so? The answer *should be* "minuscule," but we shall see.
