#1 Accept that the relationship is OVER!

Denial will only set you back and leave you broken especially if you’ve tried to retrieve the situation to no avail . Just move on and let go with your chest.
#2 Let out the emotions !
If you need to cry, get a box of tissue, if you want ice cream.. cold stone is always on call. If you need to shout or go the the gym and let it all out on a punching bag .. go for it. Don’t bottle it in. Thank you.
#3 Dont be a monitoring spirit 🙏
Stop stalking your ex on social media. Don’t waste your time stalking them on Twitter or viewing their pictures on Instagram. You can’t move on if you’ve not fully removed them from your life.
#4 please I know this might sound sketchy but don’t try to be friends with your ex! Keep your distance and use your space. Doing this is one of the most prolific ways of moving on
#5 normally you spend time with your ex, texting, calling, hanging out and stuff so What you need to do now is substitute that time for doing something productive or spending it with your loved one so you won’t be bored and start thinking about them and the void they left.
#6 give every that does not belong to you back to your ex! Don’t be an olojukokoro 😂. Don’t hold on to things that will trigger memories or give them the opportunity to contact you x stress your life.
#7 Don’t go about saying nasty stuff about your ex and leaking their secrets . Y’all were happy together and you were contented to carry their baggage and secrets so don’t be unfortunate after a break up and start to be childish like .....
#8 stop analyising and regretting. Stop thinking maybe you made a bad choice to break up or maybe things would have worked out if you stayed a lil longer. The deed is done .. move on!
#9 take advantage of your new found freedom or life. Go out, meet people, drink whiskey, listen to loud music, smoke weed, hook up with your crush ... just enjoy your life but be responsible and don’t get lost in the moment.
#10 give yourself time to heal and don’t let anyone rush you ! It’s a process and you need to rediscover yourself and this is going to take a lil time. Forgive but don’t forget .
