1. Here's the text of the court's minute order of conference in Natalie Edwards SDNY case that involved leaking of SAR that exposed transaction that appear to have been related to Peter W. Smith. I fear Berman is in case but he should be recused. Here he's on the signature block

2. Order Text:
"Conference as to Natalie Mayflower Sours Edwards held on 5/2/2019. Defendant Natalie Mayflower Sours Edwards present with retained counsel Jacob Kaplan, Esq. AUSA Daniel Richenthal present. Court Reporter Martha Martin present. Pretrial conference held.

3. Most discovery has been produced with some amount remaining. A few weeks needed to complete. The jury trial in this matter will begin on January 21, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. Defense motions by September 3, 2019, opposition by October 1, 2019, reply, if any, by October 15, 2019.

4. The Court will issue a separate order setting a date for a hearing on motions, a schedule for motions in limine and a date for submission of pretrial materials. The time between now and January 21, 2019 is excluded from the speedy trial clock in the interest of justice.

5. Bail continued."
