Running an NGO especially an upcoming one is so strenuous and burdensome. I tried it and failed three times.

However I am not giving up anytime soon.

You don't need money, you need to grow thick skin and metal brains.

Here is what I have learnt so far. Thread...
After working for 5 years in Government, I couldn't discover my spark. I couldn't get the fulfilment I wanted. I didn't see a 9 - 5 job as challenging as I wanted. I needed something different. Something that connects me to the community directly.
Attending to patients and seeing them walk out of hospital feeling better was so warm to me. I enjoyed turning their tears of pain into tears of joy. However, inelastic structures in the system wouldn't allow me to offer more.
