McCabe opened an obstruction investigation without Rosenstein’s knowledge. When McCabe told Rosenstein, Rosenstein thought McCabe was acting irrational which called into McCabe’s Conflicts of Interest, subsequently causing Mueller to be appointed....
When McCabe goes on TV and says he wanted a special counsel, I highly doubt that.
