This is Sergei Millian, a shady Belarusian/Russian businessman who refused to interview with Mueller, telling the President's lawyer to investigate the US State Department. This isn't normal.
I have also never seen anyone use the term "AmCit" (American Citizen) before - bizarre military language from a man who once claimed to work for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He is also predicting that there is big news to come soon. If he has any inside knowledge about anything here then something is seriously wrong.
