Revised SW Tactical vote: LibDem if already planning to vote LibDem. Green if planning to vote Green. If neither applies, roll a die. 1-2 Green. 3-6 LD. Why? LD have chance at 2 MEPs, but Greens must secure 1 MEP. LD need the extra votes most, but a bit more for Green won't hurt.
(If the idea of rolling a die and voting on that basis seems absurd, don't do it! I couldn't think of any other hands-off way of distributing tactical votes so that most go to the LibDems but some will still go to the Greens. Nobody's forcing you to do anything.)
No new data, I've just been looking at the data again and I wanted to make absolutely sure my advice doesn't drop the Greens down because they still have to get their 1 MEP.
