This article covers something odd: @JacksonLeeTX18 is planning to introduce a new resolution to "open an investigation into impeachment grounds." Why introduce a new one/add confusion? Cosponsor @RashidaTlaib's. Constitutional law experts @FSFP @JohnBonifaz worked w/ her on it.
Heads up to article authors @benyc and @jparkABC. @RepRashida's resolution has many cosponsors. Introducing a new resolution, likely less vetted, doesn't make sense.
