The Brexit Party's constitution doesn't sound very friendly to the European Convention on Human Rights - though it doesn't explicitly rule out staying a member (I would be shocked if it didn't support withdrawal though) 1/4

The constitution does pay lip service to human rights with a focus on the "traditional freedoms" of people in the United Kingdom. Sounds more Magna Carta than European Convention 2/4
"traditional freedoms and liberties" 3/4
Interestingly, the Brexit Party constitution confirms it will conduct itself and its affairs so as not to discriminate against any of the Equality Act's protected characteristics except "sex". It uses "gender" exclusively 4/4
