A lot of people seem confused. Mueller's job was to discover the facts related to foreign interference in the 2016 election and subsequent efforts to prevent investigation, then report them to the AG. He did exactly that.
If he discovered relevant crimes during his investigation, he could and did pursue charges related to those crimes. The AG then made the (only slightly) redacted report available to the public and Congress. It is up to voters and Congress to decide what to do with those facts.
In other words, it's ridiculous for people to keep arguing over every word that Barr or Mueller say. Their part is done. Your view of them is irrelevant. We have the report. Congress has access to most of what was redacted.

Decide for yourselves.

WTF is wrong with you?

These are disgusting attempts by reporters and media outlets to create a mob against private citizens for speech they don't like. It's deplorable and should be universally condemned.
Look at these idiots celebrating their attempt to try to ruin this guy because he made a video they don't like...
Meanwhile, the same people demand no one say anything about a Congresswoman's antisemitism because it might lead to threats against her.

If this was done to someone they liked (ex: the reporter behind this story, there would be widespread outrage from them).

USS McCain story is a perfect example of a lot of what is wrong with the news environment.

Original WSJ story had 2 central claims:

1) Someone at WH made a request to hide USS McCain during Trump's visit.

2) Navy took various steps (tarp, vacation) to comply with that request.
The evidence, as confirmed by the Navy today, overwhelmingly supports that claim 1 was correct and claim 2 was wrong.
The story went viral because of both claims.

Now Trump and supporters used claim 2 to suggest the whole story is fake news. While the media, instead of acknowledging the issues with the original story, simply moved all focus to claim 1.

Hilarious

Campbell, who spends most of his time dishonestly smearing people with different political opinions (see here: ) is upset @LevineJonathan wrote a legitimate story about his friend who also dishonestly smears people she disagrees with.
Campbell publishing a story smearing Covington Catholic High School is real news, but @LevineJonathan publishing a story about someone with a history of bad journalism who was hired to teach journalism is out of bounds.

Smear merchants and their double standards.

Key Mueller takeaways:

1) He was prevented from charging the president by policy and law.
2) If the investigation had concluded that Trump did not commit a crime, the report would have stated so unequivocally.

3) The process of impeachment exists to hold presidents accountable when criminal prosecution cannot.
4) Trump and Barr's characterization of Mueller's investigation and report are incorrect. The report does not exonerate Trump. It actually lays out his guilt.
5) The reasons for this investigation and the processes it followed were 100% necessary, prudent, and legal.
6) Russia interfered in our elections, and they will do it again if we do not take steps to hold people accountable and implement security measures.

AFP now reveals they spoke with Dutton's chief of staff via WhatsApp about planned raids on Home Affairs over the au pairs saga. #estimates
"it's encrypted though, Senator, we wouldn't be able to look at it" they joke.
Dutton said on the day of the raids he wasn't aware of it. AFP commissioner Colvin suggests he may not have because Dutton's CoS may not have informed him about it.
