Many say they don’t agree but what is there to disagree with? A mans seed is what makes him a man. Wasting it lowers testosterone levels, keeps men weak, alters confidence, motivation, and drive.. (which attracts women). In conclusion, It’s more important than we think
We tell our sisters not to do/wear anything to attract “predators” but we have to realize.. the problem starts with the man not being able to control himself. We have to teach our brothers to walk away from temptation. Once you get the mind right, the body follows.

If we’re being honest, we don’t “need” to have masturbate/ejaculate. It’s more of a want for pleasure than a need for it. Sex is only needed for the creation of life. If a man masturbates to release anxiety, depression etc, he’s just hurting himself.
1) he’s using a substance (porn/masturbation) to cope, which isn’t healthy. When you don’t masturbate, your body is keeping in the chemicals that help with anxiety, confidence, motivation etc. You can’t find a solution by creating another problem.
I see a lot of people saying people or women. I can’t speak for women because I am not a woman. Some people will understand some won’t. But in this post, I am talking to the brothers. Not meant to segregate women out by any means

Do y’all know how much energy is taken out of your body when you ejaculate? Better yet do y’all know it takes 72 days for sperm to mature? It takes 72 days for them to reach the ability to fertilize the egg. How they gone mature if you wasting it daily?
