This graph shows election-year activity by the Russian accounts.
That's about 770k tweets and retweets. Looking at just the blue segments -- the original tweets from the Russian accounts -- we're looking at about 400k tweets.

Out of 1 billion sent during the campaign, according to Twitter. blog.twitter.com/official/en_us…
Assuming all the Russia tweets related to the campaign, which they didn't, that would be 0.04 percent of the total.

The effect is hard to measure, but the idea that the effect was massive or determinative still isn't supported by the available evidence.
