Tomorrow, @McIlroyRory has a chance to do what only the late, great Arnold Palmer has ever done, which is to win all four major national Open Championships during his career by adding the @RBCCanadianOpen to his wins in the U.S., British (@TheOpen), and Australian Opens.
Only Palmer has captured all four of those titles in his career. Neither Gene Sarazen, @jacknicklaus, or @garyplayer ever won the @RBCCanadianOpen, and neither Lee Trevino or Tiger Woods ever won the Australian Open (I don't think Trevino ever played in it).
Palmer's wins in the four major national Open Championships were as follows:

Canadian Open-1955
U.S. Open-1960
British Open (or @TheOpen)-1961-'62
Australian Open-1966

Should McIlroy win tomorrow, he'll match Palmer's feat of winning all four major national Open Championships.
By the way, should Jordan Spieth ever play in the @RBCCanadianOpen, he too, would have a chance to join Palmer as a winner of all four major national Open Championships, since he already owns wins in the other three (2 in the Australian Open, 1 each in the U.S. Open & @TheOpen).
By the way, let's add @TomWatsonPGA to the list of those that won the U.S., British (@TheOpen), and Australian Opens, but never the @RBCCanadianOpen.
