The numbers for women in late night have a long way to go. But progress has been made over the past decade. Look at this Emmy ballot from 2009. By my (quick) count, 82 names, 7 women. 0 at Letterman, 0 at Conan, 1 at the Daily Show, 2 at Colbert. emmys.com/awards/nominee…
