👦🌹Kindness to your wife & satisfying her sexually, based on the concept of, "Wa lahunna mislul lazee alaihinna bil ma'a roof"......

“Women have rights over you the same way you have rights over them!”

Issa thread.
2. Among some of the great things Islam did to humanity is wiping out racial & gender prejudices, & inequalities. This is at a time when a girl child is being buried alive because to them she signified doom. A woman is inherited alongside her husband's properties,
3. a woman cannot inherit anything neither from her father nor her husband, a woman would be taken to the backyard upon commencement of her menstruation & treated like a trash until she becomes pure again amongst other injustices meted on the women folks. Islam stopped all that.
4. The concept of kindness in Islam is so profound & fundamental, that the Prophet (SAW) has indicated in many places how a prostitute would enter Jannah (paradise) for being kind to a dog, & another woman would enter fire for being wicked to a cat. Animals? What more of humans?
5. Among the most profound aims of marriage according to the Shariah (laws of Allaah) is the establishment of kindness & prevalence of affection, compassion & mercy between the spouses.

This is the framework upon which a married life should be built.

Allah (SWT) said:
6. "And among His Signs is, that He created for you wives from among yourselves, that you may find repose in them, and He has put between you affection and mercy”

{Surah-Room 30:21}.

The institute of marriage is so honored in the sight of Allaah, & shouldn't be abused.
7. Our wives are friends, advisers, advisors, counsellors, bosses & Gardens. Allaah created them out of us, so that we may find tranquility & repose in them.

The Prophet (SAW) said:

“I urge you to treat women well”

~Narrated Imam Bukhaari (3331) and Imam Muslim (1468).
8. The scholars say, with regards to this Hadith:

"Treat women well" is an open command by the Prophet (SAW) & includes every action, speech, look or silence that can be defined as GOOD TREATMENT.

The Prophet (SAW) didn't just say, feed your women well, cloth them well,
9. satisfy your wives in bed well, educate your women well, speak to your women well, smile to your women well etc. He simply said, "Treat women well". This is an elaborate & an all-encompassing statement that translates another Hadith of the Prophet (SAW) which said:
10. “The best of you is the one who is best to his wife, and I am the best of you to my wives.”

Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (3895) & Ibn Majaah (1977); classed as aheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

Anything that amounts to being best is what the Prophet (SAW) means.
11. It is unfortunate that many of us are failing woefully in meeting up with the requirements of the Shariah with regards to our wives.

SOME OF US MEN ARE PLAINLY CRUEL & WICKED.

How can one be cruel & wicked when all he is being commanded to be is nice, friendly & loving?
12. It is cruel & wicked to mistreat your wife. It is cruel & wicked to deny her feeding & clothing AND POCKET MONEY. It is cruel & wicked to be mindless about her emotions & sexual satisfaction. It is cruel to be mindless about her education (Islamic education & career edu).
13. Aa’idh ibn ‘Amr (RA) said when he entered upon ‘Ubayd-Allaah ibn Ziyaad, the oppressive governor:

O my son, I heard the Messenger of Allaah (SAW) say:

“The worst of guardians are those who are cruel. Beware lest you be one of them.”

Narrated by Imam Muslim (1830).
14. As her guardian, you should be a friend, a father, a mentor, a flirt & everything.

Is there any bigger wickedness than subjecting your wife to psychological or physical torture, which may end up causing her trauma or pushing her to offend Allaah?

What is our excuse?
15. Today, you hear different stories of men abstaining from their wives, & not having sex with them completely for 1 year, 2 or even 5 years?! Some denying their wives the right to go to Islamic sch to learn while they can't teach them. Some truncating her career for no reason.
16. Whatever rights we have over them, they equally have over us, with all sense of kindness. We want to be happy with them, they also should be happy. We want to get sexually satisfied, they also must be sexually satisfied. We feel proud when they support us in our careers,
17. they also should be supported in their own careers.

Let us fear Allah & speak to ourselves. If you see a friend maltreatimg his wife, speak to him. If your wife wants to continue with her studies, support her as far as you can. Do I need to mention to us how much we need
18. Muslim women in majority of careers that today we are left out? Let us empower our women in their businesses too. Most importantly, let us educate them about the religion or allow them go seek for the knowledge.

We can do better.
