1/ HAVING A QUINQUENNIAL AND DECENNIAL PLAN: I agree that @AndrewYang has a very small chance of increasing his numbers and is far from being a presidential nominee. He is the only one, however, to clearly present a long term economic development plan.
2/ None of the candidates is going beyond noble intentions and, as far as I can see, responding to the public priority list. "Medicar for all". Ok: how much do you know about organizing and managing a National Health System with an important publicly funded part?
3/ As I thought, not a lot. None of them do. You don't even have to go far to measure their ignorance and their powerlessness in respect to healthcare policy-making: they don't know why the American HC has become this economic abomination.
4/ The most relevant reason is that they have no international comparative perspective. The farthest they go is "see? It works there". None of them have shown signs of being familiar with the taxonomy of HC systems and how to transition the USA to a totally different one.
