1/ The #KellyanneConway issue.
As everybody else, I read a version of this: "Office of Special Counsel => recommends removal => Kellyane Conway ("Counselor to the President")

2/ So, like a well-behaved #BaffledImmigrant, I decided to learn something about the #HatchAct . You know, it might come in handy during a civics test that we, aliens, must take. Here's what I found:

3/ The #WhiteHouse responded in outrage, suggesting that the Counsel was out of line, dangerously risking the country's free speech and suggesting that the Special Counsel was the one actually infringing the Hatch Act. So let's see. Oh, yes, this is going to be a mess:

4/ It will be a mess for 2 reasons: one, the OSC is subject to the Hatch Act but obviously did not violate it. Will the White House's bluff be called? If it is, big mess ahead.

5/ If Kellyanne Conway was a government employee with the executive branch, she would have violated the Hatch Act a million times. But is she?

6/ Oh yes, she is:

7/ #KellyanneConway is a high ranking employee at the executive branch of the federal government of the USA. Therefore, she did violate the Hatch Act (a bunch of times). As I said, I checked all this for educational purpose.

8/ Your president has unapologetically (meaning: with no apology, just to be redundant) confessed to espionage yesterday. I think that is kind of unheard of. I come from an incredibly corrupt country with a horrible oppressive history (Brazil) but even Bolsonaro...

9/ who, we all know, is a fascist idiot, will come out from the Palacio da Alvorada and tell everyone: "Hey! Everyone: I ordered the execution of Marielle together with my Militia bro's. Don't like it? F.U.! Hahahah.." Your donald...
