The most apt description of Ishwara is in first verse of purusha-sukta
सहस्त्रशीर्षा पुरूषा सहस्त्राक्ष: सहस्त्ररात्
“स भूमिम् विश्वतो वृत्वा अत्यत् तिष्ठ दशांगुलम्”
“That purusha is invested in this entire creation and even after that, transcends beyond existence”

When an abrahmic speaks of “creation” he only means material world and heaven/hell. In Hindu terms, bhautika & Adhi-daivika
When Hindu speaks of “existence (satyam)”, he means adhyātmika world too
