The Cons of Gratitude:

*crickets*
'Gratitude does all of that?'

Yup.

'Well, how come I have not noticed it?'

Because you treated it as an act, rather than a habit...👇
The reason many people don't get the positive effects of gratitude is that they are unable to build momentum.

They do it when they feel like it.
They do it every now & then because they don't see the power of it.

If they did, then they would make it a PRIORITY.

-Gratitude leads to a stronger mind.

-And a stronger mind leads to an easier life.
The point of gratitude is to allow your wins to blend in together.

You don't see big wins & small wins.

You see wins.

When you make this mental reframe, you feel more optimistic about the future.
You see the people that are always competing with others?

If someone else wins, they view it as their loss?

Those people are scarcity-minded.

It's because they don't acknowledge their wins.
But when you incorporate this life-changing act, you focus more on yourself.

You keep your eyes on your lane.

Not other people.

This added level of focus allows you to grow at a much more rapid rate.
Rather than treating it as an isolated act, make it a habit.

Keep doing it until the neural pathways are solidified.

Once it is solidified, you will feel strange for NOT doing it.
Do it in the morning to set the tone for the day.

Do it at night to set the tone for the next day.

Boom.

You're already ahead of 90% of the population.
Allow the momentum to build.

Day in and day out, acknowledge your wins.

View each win (no matter how big or small) as a little baby who wants your attention.

This helps you stay more aware.
Avoid thinking your gratitude for now.

Write or speak it into existence.

As a beginner, you need to take an active approach.
Start off with a snowball.

Allow the snowball to build momentum.

Soon, you will have an avalanche of CONFIDENCE unleashing from within.
