The Cons of Gratitude:
*crickets*
Yup.
'Well, how come I have not noticed it?'
Because you treated it as an act, rather than a habit...👇
They do it when they feel like it.
If they did, then they would make it a PRIORITY.
-Gratitude leads to a stronger mind.
-And a stronger mind leads to an easier life.
You don't see big wins & small wins.
You see wins.
When you make this mental reframe, you feel more optimistic about the future.
If someone else wins, they view it as their loss?
Those people are scarcity-minded.
It's because they don't acknowledge their wins.
You keep your eyes on your lane.
Not other people.
This added level of focus allows you to grow at a much more rapid rate.
Keep doing it until the neural pathways are solidified.
Once it is solidified, you will feel strange for NOT doing it.
Do it at night to set the tone for the next day.
Boom.
You're already ahead of 90% of the population.
Day in and day out, acknowledge your wins.
View each win (no matter how big or small) as a little baby who wants your attention.
This helps you stay more aware.
Write or speak it into existence.
As a beginner, you need to take an active approach.
Allow the snowball to build momentum.
Soon, you will have an avalanche of CONFIDENCE unleashing from within.
