Since Amazon does not currently support pre-order for physical books made with Kindle Desktop Publishing, the paperback is actually available now.

I will put it up in more bookstores in the coming months; family circumstances have scaled back my plans for simultaneous launch in multiple markets. Apologies to anyone who doesn't like doing business through Amazon.
Not sure why the Amazon page for the physical book doesn't link to the Kindle version and vice-versa; the entries are certainly linked in the backend. It might be because one is a pre-order and the other isn't. I'll check into it again after Saturday.
