And now Savannah Guthrie is acting like a 70% top tax rate is insane and not, again, something we had in the postwar period (and even higher).
If the people running the Democratic debates would like to get some historians together to run a crash course on modern American history for the moderators, I bet we could round up a lot of volunteers.
