Imagine my surprise when the episode of @thegoodfight airing tonight is based on the Katie Johnson/Jane Doe case, wherein one attorney effectively dismissed that they were even allegations because the girl never made her name public.... all while discussing networks refusing 1/
to air the an episode of a show discussing the allegations...

and the episode which, itself, was originally filmed in 2017, and it's been 2 years itself that THIS series has been kept under wraps.

And, yeah. That girl DID do TV interviews that the networks refused to air. 2/
So did the other girl in the story.
The 12 year old called "Maria."

This is such a meta-cluster that I'm having a hard time parsing out all the levels of WTFery.

So, I reread an article about Epstein in NY Mag last week, and this section has been haunting me ever since then:

In Epstein's view, the most successful economy is one where the rich get richer...
and the poor have kids that he can recruit.
What makes this really interesting, though, is that there is significant overlap between those in Epstein's address book and the actors in this list...

Those of us who hold @realDonaldTrump unfit for office do so BECAUSE of our love for this country, not in spite of it.
The 4th of July is the day we celebrate the Founders' intent, the day we celebrate the unity in our shared beliefs that we must continuously strive towards a more faithful implementation of those ideals.
Only someone intentionally trying to divide us, and hoping that there will be elements who will take action to drive the wedge even deeper, would think to pull this shit around the 4th of July.

Politicizing the 4th is an intentional act that actively undermines American unity.

It seems little Cuckie Johnson went and hired himself an attorney named Mark Epstein to muddy the waters about the text messages and emails that will inevitably to drop in the relatively near future.
These silly boys, thinking they can get away with terrorizing victims of sexual assault by filling their messages with 'legit' Epstein-linked matter...

Explains why Chuckie was so eager to talk to people working on the story last year...

Cast is good, dialogue is sharp, features one of my very favorite Hackman roles, beautifully shot, strong art direction ... somehow didn't add up to me. Less than the sum of its excellent parts.

The format for today's hearings is different with 5 panels of witnesses, some from the GOP and some from the Dems. Senators will likely shuffle in and out today
