1) So @BlakeBecker49 is at it again. Here's a fantastically informative article covering the ins and outs of the Power of the Pardon he sent me:

usatoday.com/story/news/pol…
2) To my my judgment, the most important part of the article surrounds the question of guilt. Does the Power of Pardon demand it, or may innocence be the basis of the pardon? It appears that @realDonaldTrump has already weighed in on this, himself!
3) From the article:

"Former Bush administration aide Scooter Libby was convicted of lying to the FBI about the leak of the name of Valerie Plame, a CIA agent.
4) Concluding:

"When Trump pardoned Libby April 13, the White House cited "credible evidence" of Libby's innocence, including the recanted testimony of a New York Times reporter who testified against him."
5) The longer and deeper I meditate on this question, the more I draw near to the following belief. We need an amendment. This hurts. Why? I don't believe We The People any longer have the ability to employ our constitutional right to amendment, at least not now.
6) In a previous analysis, I identified that we have a hole in our a constitution. It is a very small one, addressed merely by the addition of these words, added to Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1: "or, in redressement of grievous miscarriages of justice to relieve the innocent."
7) But when we consider the Libby case, it appears that @POTUS is already 100% aware of the problem, and is able, simply by executive use of his vast power, to execute a pardon by innocence within its scope.
8) Which brings us back to the amazing @SidneyPowell1 and her work on behalf of @GenFlynn. Should her strategy be to force the system to exonerate our hero? At need, by all means. No one is more competent than she to make the system do its job.
9) Yet, when I read her book, I get a very different emotion. We'll talk about the case of Senator Ted Stevens another time. It must be stated, however, that the Department of Injustice altered the balance of power in the Senate with that case.

10) Now let's discuss "political fallout." Pardon, we're told, will fuel the Democrats in their obstruction of justice strategy, leading, if not toward impeachment, then strengthening their 2020 bid. Thus, many fear that such a pardon risks too much to gain too little.
11) That this is a cold calculation, not caring about justice for @GenFlynn, is understandable in the world of realpolitik. Recognizing pragmatics, I still say it is wrong. Not just as in unjust, but wrong pragmatically. Millions are watching. Has @POTUS become a politician?
12) To spit in the face of traditional thinking is the largest asset on @realDonaldTrump's resume. America loves an underdog, and loves justice. Pardoning @GenFlynn would get a Rudy response from America.

13) And, as I keep saying, every day of @GenFlynn's silence is a victory for the Democrats who not only fear him more than any other soul, they also know his political clout and real time benefit to the @POTUS, America and the world.
14) Is it not noxious to you that every day of delay is a win for the bad guys? And they are the bad guys. They're the black hats. They'll do anything to defeat the good guys, the white hats. This is as clear as a 1960s Western movie. More than anything, they want his silence.
15) If you find this compelling, then please join me in employing our hashtag in all your tweets about @GenFlynn. Every day counts. @POTUS can employ his power right now, and win back all the days we need, if he will...
