I learned something new today...topic is UREA

I thought Urea was just a naturally occurring by-product of humans and animals used in fertilizer...but NO...there is a connection to the oil markets via petrochemicals! (you can skip this if you already know this)
Synthetic Urea (which is apparently indistinguishable from naturally occurring urea) is made by Petrochemical companies...HOW?
Well, in their manufacturing process, gas or oil is used as base to react with nitrogen from the air to produces ammonia. Ammonia is then used to produce a range of chemicals, such as urea.
You actually can purchase UREA from chemical companies in several forms depending on the use: Urea for glue or resin glue, Food grade urea, Technical grade urea, and Feed grade urea

because EM debt & equity inflows are +$250B and oil price over threshold...look at Argentina & Turkey fissures, first signs of US $ melt-up pressure, this in turn,
raises risk of a contagian EM credit event

Well if I thought there was ani chance of fooling you I was sure wrong! Most everyone nailed this week’s challenge. These are neither crows nor corvids, they’re smooth-billed anis!
I captured this pair while on a trip to Costa Rice last year. The best tell that it’s not a corvid is (as may of you pointed out 🥰) the lack of nasal bristles! The long tail is also a good indicator because none of the Corvus sps have extra long tails, though many corvids do.

21-year-old Lewis Powell was hanged #OnThisDay in 1865. He was a conspirator with John Wilkes Booth, who assassinated President Abraham Lincoln.
One evening in early February, Powell (using the alias "Mr. Wood") appeared at Mary Surratt's boarding house and asked for John Surratt, who was not at home.
He then requested something to eat and a place to stay, and Mrs. Surratt granted both requests after her son returned home and vouched for "Mr. Wood". Powell told Louis Weichmann, who was a boarder in the house, that "Wood" was a clerk in Parr's china shop in Baltimore.

Today is Anastasia's birthday, the youngest daughter of Tsar Nicholas II and Tsarina Alexandra Feodorovna.
When she was born, her parents and extended family were disappointed that she was a girl. They hoped for a son who would be heir apparent to the throne. Tsar Nicholas II went for a long walk to compose himself before going to visit Alexandra and the newborn for the first time.
She was named for the 4th-century martyr St. Anastasia, known as "the breaker of chains" because, in honor of her birth, her father pardoned and reinstated students who had been imprisoned for participating in riots in St. Petersburg and Moscow the previous winter.

Ok, after coffee this morning, I had a chance to look at this new filing. My major takeaway is this:
Defendants offered a skeletal declaration from Cohen asserting an across-the-board, "blanket" refusal to answer any questions. 1)
I didn't know this and learned something new today: But such "blanket" claims of Fifth Amendment privilege are expressly prohibited by law. 2)
ALSO: Defendants mistakenly believe that the mere possibility one defendant may be able to raise Fifth Amendment concerns grants them an affirmative right to a stay. That is simply not the law. 3)
