The files were taken home by a contractor, Izaak Vincent Kemp, at the U.S. Air Force National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) based out of Ohio’s Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, according to a search warrant filed June 21, 2019
“This case is particularly concerning given the intelligence mission, with implications across U.S. security apparatus not just housed at the base,” said Graham Brookie, a former U.S. government advisor on homeland security and counterterrorism.

Much of #mkultra experiments seem to be because of families offering up their own children. Obviously satanic/pedo family part of a cult. But rarely hear about the minor experiments related to it about human behavior,drug effects on it,etc, with larger groups studied & controlled
Example of these larger group experiments, on unsuspecting victims, include use of chemtrails, poisoned water, DEW type weapons, electromagnetic fields, etc all focused on a single area in a city, or neighborhood, or residents on a single street block.
I lived on 1 of the blocks. I now see that. As an adult memories come back. I recall chemtrails & what I knew of neighbors. All victims some how just like me. We all sort of helped keep each other in a victim state too. Everything now seems so purposeful. "Self-sustained system"
