Look, I don't know what happened here, but everything in my experience tells me this man more than likely misgendered this woman numerous times and made several transphobic comments, successfully goading her into "disorderly conduct".

So, even though this woman was well within her right to use the correct restroom and the police shouldn't have been called on her and she should expect dignity in a public space, SHE was arrested for reacting to a coward diminishing her humanity. Tell me how this is justice.
This is why even in jurisdictions with non-discrimination protections for trans people, so many of us still avoid public restrooms, gyms, pools, etc. -- because even when the law is on our side, there are cultural variables that force us to absorb indignity or face consequences.
