Jesus himself didn’t follow the Billy Graham rule.

He was left alone with the woman “caught in adultery,” after he saved her from being stoned.

He was alone with the Samaritan woman at the well.

After his resurrection, he came to Mary Magdalene in a garden *alone.* #mselex
The NT shows a Jesus who treated the women around him with the same respect he showed men, even though the it says he experienced all the same temptations as any mortal.

The Billy Graham rule is extra biblical—a rule Jesus himself never followed.

Here’s what Jesus actually said about lust:

“You have heard that it was said,
'You shall not commit adultery;'
but I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.”

You’d have to gouge your eyes out.
