This is completely bullshit. Tommy did nothing different than any other journalist does outside of a court house.
At my own trial, I had journalists literally blocking me from getting inside the court, and when we tried to push past, one of them tried to trip up my wife.

What happened to them? Nothing, even though they did it in full view of the police, what they did was far far worse than anything Tommy did that day.
I don't care what you think of Tommy, but if you support this unfair trial and sentencing just because you don't like him, it means you support these dishonest methods being used against anyone.
