It really is incredible to think of what the movement behind Sen. Gravel accomplished. A campaign managed by teenagers for an 89-year old, backed by no money, no political machine, with little media attention, got 65,000 donors before Senators, Representatives, and Governors.
For example: the New York Times doesn't even list Mike as a candidate, even though it lists several (Sestak, Moulton, Messam) who never qualified for the debates. CNN never listed us or polled us. We asked for a town hall from CNN—and got nothing. (Moulton got one, though.)
The next period of this campaign will be, if anything, even harder—we'll have to fight the DNC tooth and nail and do whatever it takes to get Mike on stage. But as Mike said: whatever happens, we've already won. We've done something huge. And it's thanks to you. Thank you.
