When the White House briefing was over, Kelly’s warning to Nielsen proved true. “Family separation is her legacy. She could have saved America from a Category 20 hurricane and there’d still be no other legacy for her”
Also this: He had signed a different version, containing contradictory instructions. In their haste to put something in front of Trump, officials wrote an order calling for an end to separating immigrant kids from their parents but also reaffirming Sessions’s zero-tolerance.
