In the juggernaut of Trump judicial nominations, there's a bit of a hitch this morning. Conservatives including Sen. Ted Cruz are raising questions about whether a pick for the 5th Circuit appeals court has a "demonstrated record as a constitutionalist."
Cruz also expressed concern about a ruling by current district court Judge Halil Suleyman Ozerden that the Senator says gave only "cursory" consideration to an important religious liberty challenge.
