I think we are at the beginning of changing the general consensus of sleep.

#Sleep will go from being an inconvenience to the secret weapon of the highly productive and most healthy.

Personally, the temperature is determining factor on if I get a good nights sleep or not.

I prefer to be colder than my partner for instance.

Very interesting to see @eightsleep recommended by @Jason as a potential solution.

Eight claims to be the first bed that learns the perfect temperature for your sleep, and dynamically warms or cools according to your needs.

Not sure if this is available in the Uk yet but...

excited to see how startups like this armed with the new science to back them up changes the thinking around sleep.

The price point is currently high relative to what is currently spent but can see this budget increase as our priorities change.
