1). Want to understand why Atlanta is widely known as a traffic disaster? Follow this thread. @GDOTATL
2) Chose to drive to Children’s Hospital on Ga. 400 around noon today. Traffic was moving at 7mph the whole way. Two of three lanes blocked. Why? Accident? Road work? Nope.
3) Look at this picture. About 15 DOT workers were adding this “Exit 4” section to the sign above. This is work that just HAD to be done in the middle of a work day. Impossible to do at night. Who cares if thousands of commuters are delayed. 
Congratulations Ga. DOT for this asinine contribution to Atlanta’s daily traffic nightmare. Sooooo worth it.
