Impossible to capture the scale of the protests at @hkairport right now as they fill the entirety of the vast arrivals hall. 
Slogans being chanted by the crowd include “I want genuine universal suffrage” 我要真普選
People arriving off their flights are receiving a warm, if somewhat unexpected, welcome. “Free Hong Kong!”
Protesters are handing out materials to arriving tourists including this helpful flyer showing “some sites that best represent HK where you can experience the determination of the anti-extradition bill movement.”
Singing “Do you hear the people sing?”
“Fight for freedom! Stand with Hong Kong!” (Note the passage left for convenience of arriving passengers.)
The most vigorously chanted slogan is again Edward Leung’s 光復香港，時代革命！ (“Reclaim Hong Kong, revolution of our time!”) Arriving passengers who give gestures of support get a cheer from the crowd.

Couple of notable things about this @hkairport protest:
1. Protesters are in arrivals hall only & leave passages for people to pass. No attempt to “shut down” the airport, delay departures or inconvenience passengers.
2. Zero police presence visible. In an airport!

Was just given this handy little “Discover Hong Kong” tourist guide, which contained a few surprises...
In case anyone is wondering whether this crowd is genuinely air industry employees (& not just the regular protest crowd), there are MANY people here who have their standard-issue crew luggage with them.
Not your usual tourist’s airport welcome...
