@British_Airways I will not contact my insurance for a fault that came from your incompetent staff! I was asked to check in my hand luggage AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. The guy that tagged my bag asked if I was going to Los Angeles and I said NO! Perhaps he sent my bag to LA in error!
