This is making the rounds and what most people are missing, and is devastatingly sad, is that four of the ten points are straight up, baseline "Don't be an abusive parent." Where's that *coming from*? There's a tragic story here.
My occasional glimpses into "masculinity merchandising" often reveal sincere people with no models to deal with a chaotic world other than doubling down on old-school traditions and roles. It can often make people feel really good, at a price.
It's good to get together to spend time & share interests with other men! It is much less good to do so in a paranoid atmosphere that feminists and society are attempting to destroy you and so you must "rule" your family and wife.
