In times like this, I want the UN to have a permanent and overwhelmingly destructive military force to be able to go into a region and force all sides to back down whilst humanitarian efforts are put in place ... I know, I know ... military solutions are not the answer ...
... but this is a humanitarian disgrace caused by power games between Iran and Saudi Arabia. Anyway, I do understand "The only way to end the conflict is through a political solution”.
