•An Electronic Database for all kids in primary & secondary schools (name, date/place of birth, gender, details of parents)
•An Attendance/Truancy Policy
•A Health & Safety Policy
•A Special Educational Needs Policy.

Don't just have these on paper. Make sure you fully implement these policies.
