So back in 2012 in our country we wanted to try some kind of respiratory support for the youngest infants in which interfases for #NIV was difficult.

They were cheap (we weren´t using them anymore) and there was no information than commercial devices were better!
And as we were (and still are) living on the NON INVASIVE VENTILATION INVASION, we thought ventilators will be even more unneccesary in the years to come.

Now the third model. If you do not have and antique ventilator, there is no problem. You can mix the air and the oxygen directly from the walls!

This seems like a history class but many of us are still using them. We have no enough money to afford expensive devices!
Oh I forgot. WHat about the cannulae? We used bigger ones! Just being careful not to occlude the nostrils is ok!
