Having mentioned Hieronymous Bosch earlier, if you just stick to admiring his paintings, you're missing out on a lot of the really surreal, metaphysical *weird shit*.

This late 15th century drawing is called 'The Woods That Hear, And The Field That Sees'.
I've seen this image used by respectable art critics to suggest - in all seriousness - that our boy Hieronymous enjoyed nipping out of town to chow down on hallucinogenic mushrooms.
I gotta say, there is *no evidence* he tripped his balls off, or was a secret Cathar.
