two summons (one for matthew heimbach, one for augustus invictus) in the federal lawsuit filed in ohio by a survivor of the august 12th vehicle attack have been returned unexecuted.
the summons for heimbach was sent to his indiana address, where he has not resided since the night of the wrong wives last march.
heimbach has been difficult to reach and uncooperative for the last two years in the sines v kessler lawsuit. it’s exhausting to think we’re gonna have to watch the exact same thing play out in another suit.
oh come on. a third summons in this case was returned as not executable. they tried to serve jason kessler at an address he hasn’t lived at in two years.
