What does this mean? 
That was a man's handwriting, so I'm going to assume it was Alfredo Rodriguez's. From his deposition, I assume he spoke with a Latinx accent,

The thing that's interesting to me: Bratislava was where a doctor wrote his dissertation on treatments for Hypospadias - and it seems to still have active research done on the topic.
Hypospadias is a condition where the urethral opening is found on the underside of the penis, and can result in odd shapes - most commonly described as mushroom-shaped, but I've seen 'egg' used to describe the condition as well.
"teardrop" or "cone" shaped can also be caused by phimosis, but since it's a condition where the foreskin constricts around the penis and can't be retracted, I'd assume that wouldn't have been an issue if the Epstein family participated in services at a traditional synagogue...
