NEWS: The House Intel Committee voted tonight to release a tranche of transcripts from the GOP-led Russia investigation in 2017-2018. We could see them in a day or two.
MORE NEWS: Rep. SCHIFF says DNI Maguire has refused to turn over the contents of an "urgent" whistleblower complaint that could involve wrongdoing by the president or his advisers.

He now says Maguire must testify by Thursday, possibly under subpoena. Story TK
NEW: Intel officials told lawmakers today that the whistleblower complaint DNI Maguire denied to Congress didn't meet the technical definition of an "urgent" complaint, overruling the IG on the matter.

He also doesn't plan to appear for a Thurs hearing.

Lewandowski’s testimony to Mueller was key to one of the most vivid episodes of potential obstruction. Trump asked him to tell Jeff Sessions to block the Russia investigation or be fired.
Lewandowski passed the order on to Rick Dearborn (who isn’t showing today under orders from the WH). And Dearborn never followed through.

Mueller notes that Trump’s aides/allies aren’t accessories to potential obstruction because they didn’t carry out the orders.

NEW: Nadler says the Judiciary Committee is too bogged down "impeaching Trump" to turn to a Kavanaugh probe right now.

Says the next step on Kavanaugh will be when Wray comes in for a previously scheduled hearing next month.

NADLER also made his strongest comments to date on impeaching Trump, saying it's "imperative."

This means that the Don McGahn subpoena case will go back to the wheel for random assignment to another judge

Trump's hiding his national security abuses, ordering Carl Kline to defy a Congressional subpoena. This will lead to a contempt order. Where their stonewall strategy must lead. As w/ financial info, it's a delay tactic. But in the end it will result in more impeachable offenses.

Wolfe is asking for no prison time, and his sentencing materials incl. letters of support from past/present Senate Intel members (Burr, Warner, Feinstein). Prosecutors want him incarcerated for two years, arguing what he did was very serious and disruptive
