@oliverkamm of the @thetimes continues his attacks on academics working on alleged chemical weapon attacks. The theme of these attacks is that any questioning regarding alleged chemical attacks in Syria is ‘conspiracy theory’ & that the academics should be fired. @JohnWitherow
@OliverKamm @thetimes @JohnWitherow 1) These attacks started in earnest the day FUKUS were bombing Syria following the alleged chemical attack in Douma and have involved the dissemination of lies, smears and distortions. @oliverkamm has admitted to initiating @thetimes attacks.
2) The journalists involved in the attack have refused to answer questions as to whether their work was connected withthe UK gov. propaganda operation @integrityinitiative. One journalist @haynes_deborah claims not to have been involved in writing the smear pieces:- @TimesKennedy
3) There now exists substantial questioning regarding alleged chemical attacks in Syria that goes well beyond the academics who have been targeted by @oliverkamm.
4) Even at the time of the alleged attacks two prominent UK military experts raised doubts: General Shaw and Lord Alan West:- and rt.com/news/424047-ru…
5) BBC producer @dalatrm tweeted in Feb. 2019 he could prove staging of hospital scenes during the alleged Douma attack. If these scenes were staged, then the attack scenes (which reportedly occurred after the hospital scenes) must also have been staged.
6) Then in March 2019 OPCW persons leaked a suppressed engineering assessment to us indicating the attack was staged: syriapropagandamedia.org/working-papers…
7) UK columnist @clarkemicah has repeatedly raised concerns regarding the OPCW Douma investigation and other investigations which have relied upon opposition groups for their evidence and analysis: hitchensblog.mailonsunday.co.uk/2019/05/my-urg…
8) Journalist Robert Fisk has written about the OPCW investigation:-independent.co.uk/voices/douma-s…
9) Congresswoman @TulsiGabbard and MIT Prof. Postol also question the OPCW investigation of Douma and other alleged chemical weapon attacks in Syria; see and @aaronjmate @MaxBlumenthal
10) Former UNSCOM weapons inspector @RealScottRitter has raised similar questions:
11) Questions have been raised in the British and Belgian parliaments regarding the OPCW investigation:- parliament.uk/business/publi…
12) Clearly these are legitimate questions to be researched and discussed, and yet @oliverkamm continues to smear UK academics who are at the forefront of investigating this issue and trying to establish the truth behind the deaths of these civilians incl. children.
12) Journalists involved in this smear campaign are actively preventing the truth about Douma from being known: They are complicit in the covering up of a warcrime and are running legal jeopardy as a result. @OliverKamm @TimesKennedy @haynesdeborah @georgiekeate @ChrisDYork
13) Our latest briefing note documents the level of corruption and fraud within the @opcw:- syriapropagandamedia.org/briefing-notes… @opcw @NLatOPCW @UK_OPCW @CanadaOPCW @2ndNewMoon
This matter is of the highest importance: the next war, maybe against Iran, Russia or China may be initiated on the basis of a false claim of a chemical attack which is rubber stamped by a corrupted @opcw.
We all have a moral responsibility to get to the truth of this issue, not smear, suppress and try to have fired those seeking the truth. Journalists @oliverkamm, @chrisdyork @jess_brammar and the @thetimes team are trying to suppress the truth. They should be condemned for this.
